The role will have a 3-6 month bedding-in period, in which to learn the nuances of pricing within the legal sector and to get to understand the firm, but with a reporting line to the Director of Pricing in the US, there is a need to identify someone with solid pricing experience gained elsewhere in their career to date - to include strong modeling skills and the ability to self-manage your workload. You'll have a high level of partner interaction within the position and will need confident communication skills to be able to influence senior stakeholders.
The role involves providing financial and project management support for pricing and scoping of engagements. You'll model profitability and provide scenario analysis to support the decision making process. The role is suited to an individual who will bring ideas to the table and be passionate about continual improvement - if you like to stay abreast of new pricing tools, technology and market trends, this will be a huge advantage.
