The firm in question have been around for well over 150 years and have an excellent reputation in their specialist areas of law. They also have a strong reputation as an employer, with low staff turnover across business support and firm that put a high emphasis on training and promoting from within.
The position will have broad-ranging responsibilities and will be heavily involved in the day-to-day processing for the firms accounting transactions. You will be involved with bank reconciliations, client payments/receipts, counsels fees, expenses, processing supplier invoices whilst also being involved in the month-end billing process. It truly is an all-round role.
The ideal candidate will have previous similar experience within a law firm and will have an understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules. Elite experience is desirable but not essential.
