A newly created opportunity, joining a well-established US Law Firm in a London-based strategic level position, supporting the firms EMEA offices during a period of expansion.
As a financial business partner to leadership teams across the EMEA region, the role requires an experienced finance leader with a solid career background within the legal sector. The firm are targeting growth across the region, and are soon to begin a pms implementation project, and are eager to consider applicants with proven experience in leading and developing international finance teams.
Whilst operating at a strategic level, there is still the requirement for someone who can be hands-on, particularly within the international offices, and in management of finance staff.
The successful applicant will bring a 'continuous improvement' approach to the role, identifying improvements to systems and processes, whilst overseeing treasury, accounting, working capital, expenses and payroll functions. The role works closely with leadership colleagues in the US, and will form trusted adviser relationships with local office management teams and Managing Partners.
Previous exposure to systems implementation projects would be desirable, alongside experience in an international leadership role.
