Hybrid working has become the norm across the legal sector, but for those who prefer to avoid mixing work with home, you often have to work in empty offices for at least a couple of days a week. Where's the fun in that?

All is not lost, however. We're working with one of the legal sector's standout performers of the last decade, and they're going against the grain, wishing to reap the rewards of a busy office environment and the collaboration it brings. What's more, every staff member is part of the firm's profit share scheme, which has seen annual bonuses more than double the norm elsewhere in the legal sector.

They're now seeking an additional Billing Manager to join their busy London team. The role doesn't carry staff management responsibility. However, they're aiming to identify an experienced billing/revenue professional who can effectively manage their own portfolio of work and build trusted advisor relationships with Partners and Fee Earners.

They're due to go live on Aderant in the coming weeks, and ideally hoping to identify someone who can bring existing knowledge and expertise of Aderant billing to the team.

The firm is a specialist boutique law firm who've snowballed since its inception in 2012, and they're now knocking on the door of the Top 100 rankings. With two international offices complimenting their London HQ, this is a high-end firm that competes against the biggest names in the industry.
