If you've finished your education and are looking for a finance position within a company in a sector that will provide you with a successful career, then the role below should be a consideration.

A career in legal finance can lead to positions offering salaries upwards of £100,000 per year. With London being the world's legal capital and over 3000 law firms in Zone 1 central London alone, you'll never be short of opportunities to progress professionally and financially.

However, you'll need a foundation. A springboard to help you learn your trade and build confidence within a highly professional industry where service is exemplary and competition fierce. This position will provide you with both.

You'll learn how to send business invoices and approve them, make payments to Banks online, release payments to clients, allocate fees, process expenses, check ledgers, and handle receipts and bank cheques.

As time goes by, you'll also become involved in the more technical side of accounting, helping with the month and year-end procedures. Basic stuff, but all the while providing you with an excellent understanding of business accounting, setting you up to progress either internally or elsewhere.

The Assistant Finance Manager and Finance Manager are both down-to-earth and very accommodating. They have a hybrid working policy allowing people to work from home two days a week. When you're in the office, they like to arrange social events (Parties, Clay Pigeon Shooting) and drinks as regularly as possible, with Champagne Friday a particularly popular treat.

It's the little things that keep the staff happy, according to the Assistant Finance Manager. Everyone feels listened to. It's a friendly place where you will feel comfortable saying hello to anyone, regardless of seniority. It has a real family feel.
