You’ll be working within a high-performance team surrounded by colleagues who act as Business Partners to senior management to drive profitable growth and help the firm achieve its strategic goals. You’ll assist with performance reporting, budgeting/forecasting, ad-hoc value-added analysis, and much more. More importantly, it’s a small team, meaning you’ll be expected to regularly pick up additional work above your pay grade. As the team grows, you’ll be in an excellent position to advance professionally and financially.
Candidates should have a solid financial analysis background and be used to assimilating data to provide commercial insight. You’ll also need experience working with Profit and Loss statements and understanding the drivers of a profitable business. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and a motivated, deadline-driven, pro-active attitude are essential.
