If working as a Senior Financial Accountant in a newly created role for a globally recognised professional services firm with supervisory responsibility and lots of project/change management exposure sounds attractive, then my client would like to hear from you.
You’ll need to be a fully qualified accountant with solid professional services experience, a good understanding of partnership tax returns, and familiarity with HMRC’s MTD changes coming into effect over the next two years.
In return, this global legal leader offers a position to manage and support a team of two accountants with compliance reporting for the London office, including financial statements, VAT, PAYE Settlement Agreement, and partnership tax returns. You’ll be reporting to the Head of FP&A and be heavily involved in helping to drive change and monitor best practices. A good deal of project work is on offer, with an initial focus on preparing for future changes to partnership taxation across 23/24 being noteworthy.
Ideally, you’ll have five years or more PQE as a fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA or CIMA, the ability to influence, interact and consult with senior stakeholders, and demonstrable expertise in operational proficiency.
The firm provides a generous agile working policy, a diverse and inclusive culture supplemented by affiliate networks, mentoring programmes, inclusion circles, corporate social responsibility initiatives, first-class training and a plentiful benefits package.
