The role is responsible for managing and developing a team of six Credit Controllers (based in the UK and overseas), and will provide the successful applicant with a fresh challenge and the opportunity to identify areas for development in systems and processes to improve performance and outcomes.
This opportunity has arisen due to a forthcoming retirement, and will be joining the firm soon after significant investment in finance systems (Elite 3E). The ideal applicant will be motivated by the opportunity to improve performance and drive results, with a positive, proactive nature and a talent for developing others.
