This international law firm is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and meticulous team-player to join their busy Revenue team as a Billing Assistant.

Well regarded as one of the fastest developing legal firms anywhere in the world, the growth this firm has experienced in the last few years both domestically and internationally have been huge and has been revolutionary to the way that it operates. Focusing on growth has sparked a culture of regular development and change within the company, with the Revenue department itself being one of the most recent areas of the business undergoing structural and operational changes; making it a very exciting time for the team - and potentially you.

The day-to-day tasks expected in this role involve generating invoices in a timely manner, providing billing support to partners, producing billing guidelines, producing and finalizing bills, writing off time and disbursements and using Elite to make general matter, invoice or credit note inquiries, among others.

If you have previously worked in a legal accounting environment, good understanding of VAT regulations and potentially, experience of Elite 3E and Whitehill Billing System, you may be the candidate this firm is looking for.
