This international law firm, judged by Acritas as one of the world's 20 strongest legal brands, is looking for an adaptable, confident and proactive revenue specialist to join a thriving Finance team as a Revenue Coordinator.

This role offers a successful candidate the opportunity to add an analytical and communicative flair to an already strong arsenal of financial skills. The role diverts attention from billing to a focus on financial reporting, analysis and partner presentations, adding more interpretation and creativity to the standard revenue controller workload.

This coupled with a strong reward-based bonus structure as part of a very high calibre Revenue Control team provides an opportunity for a successful candidate to receive a fresh-faced perspective on life at the forefront of legal revenue.

Specifically, the role will require someone to take full ownership of WIP and AR management for designated practice groups including meeting with partners to proactively evaluate their status. They will also take full ownership for active management of accounts, liaise with billers and collectors to facilitate billing and collection processes, action requests from partners for information and analysis and ensure their practice group or floor achieves monthly or annual billing and collection targets.

If you have at least three years previous experience in a revenue role in a professional services firm, strong commercial acumen and experience of working in a fast-paced corporate environment, you may be just the person that this firm needs.

If you are interested and would like to be considered, please apply now or contact Dan Cumberworth at Balance Recruitment for a confidential conversation.

Balance Recruitment is an award winning Recruitment Agency and is advertising this opportunity on behalf of a client. We are an equal opportunities employer, committed to promoting diversity.
