Are you seeking the opportunity to take the next step in your finance career? Bringing together your experience and strengths in leading and managing a team, whilst developing and executing finance strategy?

Joining a successful mid-sized Top 100 Law Firm who're going through a sustained period of growth, this is a newly defined Head of Finance role, taking responsibility for a finance team of 20, and providing a high level business partnering support to the firm.

There is a great platform upon which to progress the finance function further forward, working with an engaged management team, driving through projects and process improvements to positively improve financial management, working capital position and developing the commercial output of the department.

You'll be reporting to an experienced CFOO who is keen to give someone the room to drive through change and to support them in developing their own experience further.

Strong business partnering skills are required as the successful applicant will take advantage of newly implemented BI and Pricing tools/technology to provide insightful analysis to practice groups, highlighting performance on profitability of clients and specific matters and driving sound commercial decision-making.

You'll have oversight of the firm's management reporting and quarterly/annual statements, manage the firms cash flow and banking facilities, work on pricing RFP's and ensure regulatory compliance.

If this sounds of interest and you'd like to be considered for the opportunity please apply now, or contact Richard Hooper at Balance Recruitment directly if you'd prefer a confidential discussion in the first instance.
