There's a lot of talk about innovation in the legal sector, and we're seeing a steady rise in the prevalence of Pricing, LPM and Innovation roles, but for the majority of firms there's a sense of 'keeping up with the Jones's' rather than genuinely forging ahead with bold investment and real commitment to leading in these fields.

So, if you're progressing your career in Legal Project Management, where would you want to be developing your skills and applying your expertise? Swimming upstream in a firm who are slowly progressing towards adoption of efficient, modern management of legal service delivery, or within a firm who're already ahead of the pack having seen the competitive edge this provides and who are thirsty to continue innovating and progressing?

Joining a multi-discipline global department, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic, talented team, helping to develop and deliver LPM best practice within a renowned Disputes Practice Group. You'll need to have some understanding of the delivery of legal services, specifically litigation and arbitration processes, with prior experience of Legal Project Management, preferably gained within an international law firm environment. There will be continued development within the role however, and a range of experience levels will therefore be considered.

Relationship development skills are crucial to the success of the role, with the successful applicant holding the knowledge and credibility to upskill lawyers on project management of matters. A sound financial acumen and understanding of wider operational management will also be a great asset. This is also an environment in which self-motivated people, who're invested in continued personal development will thrive.
