If you're currently working in a Legal Billing or Legal Revenue Control position, you'll already know just how busy the market has been and still is. And with financial year-end approaching for many firms, we know how busy you probably are right now - but don't miss out on this chance to develop your skillset in this varied role.

Of course, the main part of this will mean helping to ensure the smooth running of the Billing and Collections processes for the firm (pretty evident from the job title!) but you will also have the chance to develop your skills, meeting with Partners and Fee-Earners to discuss their WIP - gaining both confidence in your relationship building skills and a broader understanding of Revenue Control generally.

Along with this, you will also be trained in other related areas including; matter maintenance, client on-boarding and working with the firm's treasury team to help allocate incoming funds. This really does have a bit of everything, so if it's a varied role you are after, this is where you should be looking.

The firm in question is one we know well, and who can boast a "friendly, open-door culture" (direct quotes from the firm's Recruitment Officer). The Finance Manager there, whom we have met with, takes pride in progressing and developing people wherever she can and told us about previous members of her team who have been able to move into other areas of the team/firm where possible - so we know this to be genuine!
