Our client, a high profile law firm based in stunning London offices, has a new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable/Office Account Coordinator to join their finance division.
This is a fast-paced role where you will be solely responsible for the AP/Office Account processes for the firm, as well as supervising the duties of two other members of the team.
You will be the main point of contact in a varied Accounts Payable role covering a range of responsibilities. These include the checking and posting of supplier and the processing of all associated payment runs. You will oversee the processing of 3rd party disbursements as well as bank reconciliations and inter-account transfers, *Full job description available on request
The successful applicant will have strong Accounts Payable/Office Account experience, preferably gained within a law firm environment - experience of supervising/mentoring members of a team would also be a big plus. You should possess a customer service focus with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
On the technical side, prior experience of using Elite Enterprise is desirable, although similar practice management systems may also be considered. You should also have solid Excel/report presentation skills.
