You'll be joining a global law firm, but taking responsibility for a specific practice group - a separate legal entity, offering alternative consultancy/advisory services to a global client base. Previous legal sector is experience is therefore not required for this role. Instead, experience within a consultancy/financial services firm would be beneficial, and especially within a high-growth business or divisional role.

Responsibilities will include both high-level strategic work as well as handling operational/technical matters and being involved in the detail, and the success of the role requires an individual who can balance both, with a genuine 'can-do' approach.
The nature of role requires an individual with a proven track record in financial management, both from a regulatory/statutory perspective and through provision of insightful analysis and financial business partnering. You'll need to be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified (or international equivalent) with solid post qualification experience.
