Balance Recruitment is working with a US law firm in the search for a Billing Coordinator to join their small London-based finance team on a 12 month FTC, covering maternity leave. The successful applicant will be working within this friendly, supportive firm, based in modern City offices. There are a number of long-standing members within the London practice, including the Accounts Manager, which is certainly a testament to the friendly and inclusive feel of the office.
This role will appeal to an individual with at least 2 years' experience within a legal, or professional services environment, who has a keen interest in Accounts and is looking to progress their career within this area. You will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience, and get involved with a variety of accounting duties.
Your key responsibilities will be ensuring timely billing and effective management of matters, processing of client invoices and dealing with any queries. You will be monitoring and correction of 3rd party disbursements and running various analytical reports.
