Our client is an award-winning international law firm. Their busy Central Finance Department is currently undergoing a number of exciting changes, including the implementation of a new Practice Management Solution.

This is a newly created role, working within a specific practice area, where you will take a pro-active approach to assisting partners, associates and PA's, to provide overall billing support including; conducting WIP review meetings, collating and distributing reports, generating draft bills, producing final bills and creating supporting schedules. You will need to maintain and develop client relationships through excellent communication and have a hands-on approach to service delivery, demonstrating flexibility with the ability to think laterally and solve problems.

Have you got what it takes? Are you highly motivated and organised with ability to prioritise in a busy and demanding position, with a high standard of performance and accuracy. Do you have the experience to take ownership of the function and influence changes in systems and the utilisation of a new Practice Management System? If so, this could be the opportunity for you!

You will be an experienced Billing/Revenue Controller with a proven background in a partner-facing role. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, along with e-billing systems (e.g. Serengeti, TyMetix, CSC, CounselLink) and a recognised PMS is highly desirable.
