I am looking to speak with Legal Finance professionals who have a good level experience working within a Revenue Control function at a law firm, for this exclusive opportunity I am recruiting for on behalf of a global law firm with offices in the City of London.
This opportunity offers the best of both worlds - you have the security and resources of a profitable global firm as your employer, but working in their London office you're part of a close-knit, smaller finance team, so you also have great scope to make an impact and to get to know everyone.
This new Revenue Controller opportunity will be responsible for the 'cradle to grave' revenue cycle for specific practice areas. The variety in this role is what makes this such an attractive proposition, along with the opportunity to build relationships with the Senior Partners and external clients.
The role will work closely with the Billings & Collections Supervisor, someone who we have known for a number of years and can recommend very highly. He has built a proactive and dynamic Revenue team, and one that enjoys a positive team working environment.
You will be required to review aged work in progress (WIP) with the designated partners to ensure this is effectively managed and budgets are met. You will also be responsible for the monthly billing cycle and debt collection for the specific practice areas.
The ideal candidate will not only have the confidence to advise senior Partners across the business with regards to their Billing requirements, but also be able to bring new ideas to the table in terms of processes and procedures. This would be a great move for someone currently in a Revenue Control team who would like more autonomy in their next career move.
If you feel the above applies to your experience and you'd like to discuss this further confidentially, please apply now or get in touch with John Carleton at Balance Recruitment today.
