We are supporting one of our long-standing clients, an award-winning global law firm, with rapid expansion plans in their search for a new Finance Systems Training Administrator.
We believe this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to start their career within Finance Systems, this is a highly proactive role and will involve making direct approaches to Teams globally with the potential to be involved with training delivery to new and existing employees.
The main objective of this role is to work closely with the Finance Systems Training Manager to develop and deliver an overall firm-wide Training Programme aimed at back office, Finance Department, users and front office, Partners, Fee Earners and Business Services. You will primarily be responsible for the inputting and maintenance of calendar appointments across different time zones, room bookings and assisting with the development and upkeep of high quality training documentation. If you do have experience working within a legal environment this would be an advantage, but not essential.
The role will suit an excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills, you will need to be confident and able to deal with people in all roles and at all levels of seniority. Someone with commitment to providing high quality training reports and documentation and has knowledge of GoToMeeting/Webinar systems would be an advantage.
