We are representing a Client of ours in their search for a new Interim Billings Manager and would like to discuss this opportunity with you.
The firm in question are based in stunning new City of London offices overlooking the Thames and have undergone exciting changes over the last couple of years. They are approachable, yet professional, in the way they do business and this position is based within their fast paced finance team.
This is a full 360 degree Billing and Credit Control role dealing with all aspects of compiling and execution of UK and/or International bills. You will ensure that client's bills are processed timely and accurately and will be interacting with business managers and assistants to answer queries and follow up action points from fee earners. You will be required to communicate the billings compared to budget regularly throughout the month to Partners and Management Committee so will need to be confident and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Two Billing Cashiers will report into you and this will involve managing the team's workload, advising when issues arise, motivating the team at month end and providing feedback.
