A Finance Systems Manager role offering the best of both worlds.
A leadership role in an international firm where you're responsible for leading and coordinating the strategy of finance systems globally, whilst also still a hands-on position where your technical skills won't go to waste/expire.
The firm have enjoyed a long and steady period of success and expansion in the UK and overseas, and are seeking an individual who can help the firm to continue it's development through effective delivery of a modern, progressive finance systems function, with sophisticated reporting solutions and performance dashboards.
On joining, you'll work closely with the finance teams in London and overseas to review all processes to see where efficiencies and opportunities for improvements lie. You'll also review existing applications in use and those licensed and not yet used to create a plan for future development in line with senior management priorities. The role is supported by an experienced Finance Systems Analyst and will coordinate multi-discipline, multi-location project teams.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in developing financial applications, processes and reporting within the legal sector, ideally with extensive Aderant Expert experience and expertise in SQL/SSRS reporting. Strong project management skills are essential, alongside the ability to own and manage effective relationships with stakeholders, senior management and third party suppliers.
