Providing strategic and operational support to one of the firms' largest practice areas, this is a dynamic, challenging opportunity within a highly respected international law firm, requiring a commercially driven Business Manager with exceptional people skills.

You'll be challenged and should enjoy problem solving and seeking out opportunities to positive influence improvement to performance.
A newly created position within the firm, this role has great scope for development and progression, with the ability to help influence and drive the performance of this key practice group. You'll play a key role in delivery of projects within the group and seek to identify and implement improvements to processes and performance.
You'll be covering a broad remit of responsibilities within this role; driving the strategic planning process, conducting analysis and reporting on the financial performance of the group, reviewing the monthly P&L and working closely with individual partners to discuss their activity and coach their progression and success within the firm.
The successful applicant will be able to form trusted relationships with colleagues across a broad range of disciplines and across senior management. You'll need to have proven ability to lead others and to implement change, and will ideally have experience gained within a similar international professional services firm.
