Requiring an individual with a proven background in leading and improving working capital management in the legal sector, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a fresh challenge with significant scope to implement change and influence global policies around the billing to collections, work-to-cash life cycle.
The firm are highly successful and profitable, with great scope to further capitalise on their position through growth and development of systems and operational performance. This role requires an individual with significant legal sector experience, the most important of which being around Credit Control Management, but also requiring experience in development of billing and revenue control processes (ideally directly responsible for these areas, although good exposure will be considered).
The successful applicant will effectively review and overhaul processes globally, whilst leading a team of 4-5 Credit Controllers (mostly based in international offices) to maximise collections performance. You will also develop systems, playing a key role in a forthcoming systems implementation project in relation to working capital management processes.
An international role, there will be requirement for some travel to key overseas offices during the course of the year. You will hold a high profile position within the firm, working closely with senior management and developing trusted relationships with Partners worldwide.
