We are seeking a talented change/programme manager with an expertise in leading and coordinating finance systems strategy and operations in a global organisation.
Over a two year fixed term period, you will lead and develop a highly effective, innovative and efficient finance systems team of 15+, ensuring the firms significant recent investment in a new finance system (post implementation) delivers to expectations, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals and regulatory compliance requirements.
You should have a proven background in change and transformation management with experience of defining appropriate team structures and functions, developing existing staff and working closely with senior stakeholders and business analysts to fully understand business requirements and goals. You will also help to shape the scope and objectives of the transformation programme, bringing expertise to help establish realistic aims and SLA's. Management of an international team would also be highly desirable.
