We have a rare opportunity for a Finance Systems Analyst to join the London office of an international law firm in broad ranging role, with the opportunity for overseas travel (not excessive).
The firm have a programme of systems development/upgrade projects to sit at the cutting edge of finance systems solutions and require an individual with relevant experience and a strong technical skillset.
We are looking for someone who will, ideally, already be providing finance systems support within the legal sector. It may be that your official responsibilities still lie in another area of accounting, but if you are able to give examples of involvement in finance systems related tasks and can show a genuine interest in systems and aptitude for picking up technical processes (e.g. having intermediate-advanced Excel), we would be very keen to hear from you.
The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring and effectively dealing with systems related queries from both internal and external clients across the firm's various international offices. You will ensure the distribution of the firm's management and financial reports are secure and correct, and assist the team with testing functionality. Other ad-hoc tasks will include dealing with and troubleshooting for the global eBilling teams and maintenance of the firm's global fee rates sets. *Full job description available upon request.
This is an Aderant Expert focussed position, and whilst existing knowledge would be advantageous, Elite Enterprise or Elite 3E experience will also be highly desirable. With strong technical skills required it is anticipated that the successful applicant will also have some SQL/SSRS knowledge.
If this is an opportunity that appeals to you, please do get in touch with John Carleton without delay!
