They would like to recruit a Working Capital Admin Assistant to help support a large finance team on-site and the broader international offices. You will play a critical role in helping respond to queries from Fee-earners, secretaries and clients. A great opportunity if you are looking to pick up experience in accounts receivable by sending client statements and copy invoices, responding to client queries, scheduling monthly WIP and debt meetings, assisting with the production and printing of WIP and debt reports in Excel, assisting with pro-formas and updating client billing instructions.
The successful candidate must have a professional manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should enjoy working in a team environment.
