A newly created role within this highly successful, organically growing firm, the successful applicant will bring leadership and drive, developing the finance function to deliver a first class service to the firm and its clients, whilst playing a key role in strategic decision-making and steering ongoing profitable growth.
The firm are headquartered in London with a further two offices in Europe, handling complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. Their Partners and Fee Earners are among the elite in their field, and the firm has cultivated a highly collaborative working environment with collective responsibility and a rewarding compensation package for all.
The role is well suited to a seasoned business partner who wishes to retain, or return to, having hands-on involvement in leading and developing a finance department, from improving processes, controls and output, to leading and developing individuals and enhancing use of technology. Shortlisted application will need to have proven experience in a similar leadership role, gained within the legal sector or at another comparable professional services firm environment.
