We're supporting a large, international law firm with the appointment of a number of talented Business Analysts on 1 year fixed term contracts, as they embark on a sweeping finance transformation project to improve use of systems, workflows and processes.
There a number of different work streams, covering areas such as budgeting, data, MI, billing & cash collections and expenses & cash management, and we're keen to consider applicants with prior industry experience as well as those eager to gain their first taste of the legal sector - a thriving and rapidly evolving industry with a heavy concentration of leading employers in and around London.
Once lockdown restrictions have eased, it's likely that the successful applicant will have a flexible working arrangement between home and office (in the City of London or Essex, depending on convenience).
Guided by a highly experienced and supportive Finance Project Manager, you'll be given scope to help shape the role and bring ideas to the table. Prior involvement working with finance/accounting teams and processes will be very valuable. There's likely to be some quick wins, alongside some larger, more complex projects, and you'll be impacting positive change throughout your time with the firm.
Shortlisted applicants will have a demonstrable history as a Business Analyst, and be able to work both autonomously on a designated workstream and collaboratively as part of a wider programme. You'll be joining a great team, with plenty of challenge and solutions for you to uncover and deliver!
