A globally recognised law firm with a reputation for excellence in complex, high-profile legal work is seeking an experienced Senior Cashier Coordinator to join its London-based finance team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will join a cashiering function, supporting both client and business accounts across multiple European offices.
The role offers a rare opportunity to work within a team that is both technically strong and commercially aware, delivering critical support to fee earners and finance leadership alike.
Key responsibilities include:
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations for client and office accounts
• Managing client account transactions in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Posting journals and disbursements accurately using 3E Elite
• Handling currency transactions and monitoring multi-currency accounts
• Reviewing receipts across several European and Middle Eastern offices
• Supporting write offs, refunds, and financial compliance processes
• Responding to internal finance queries and contributing to ad hoc projects
The ideal candidate will have proven legal cashiering experience within a law firm, strong knowledge of SAR, and confidence working in a high-volume, detail-driven environment.
Experience using 3E Elite and managing multi-currency transactions will be advantageous.
