A leading international law firm is hiring a Revenue Coordinator to support the full billing and collections cycle for a portfolio of Partners and clients.
This is a hands on role where accuracy matters, deadlines matter, and the best people are the ones who can combine great stakeholder management with calm, organised execution.
You will sit close to the fee earning teams, acting as the bridge between Partners, timekeepers and finance. Your day to day will centre on preparing timely, high quality invoices, keeping WIP moving, and making sure billing activity stays aligned to client policies.
That includes reviewing proformas for misallocated time, helping correct narratives, supporting time and cost transfers, and managing write offs in line with firm policy and approval thresholds.
You will keep a close eye on rate arrangements, apply approved discounts where needed, and produce variance and write off reporting so billing decisions are properly supported.
Collections is a key part of the picture. You will monitor aged receivables, track unapplied funds, and help drive follow up after invoices are sent.
You will meet regularly with senior revenue colleagues and Partners to agree strategy, maintain clear status updates in the collections database, and flag issues early such as rate challenges, billing delays, or difficult client requests.
There is also an eBilling element. You will prepare and submit electronic invoices through client platforms, monitor submission status, and work through rejections and reductions to keep cash moving and prevent invoices from stalling.
What they’re looking for
You will need at least two years of billing experience in a law firm and the confidence to work in a demanding, high standards environment.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with senior stakeholders daily. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, adaptable when deadlines shift, and happy to provide a consistently high level of service.
Solid Word skills and intermediate Excel are important, and flexibility for occasional overtime is expected when the workload requires it.
Working pattern and role snapshot
Standard hours are 35 per week. This is an individual contributor role reporting into the revenue leadership team, with clear scope to expand responsibilities over time based on performance and appetite to grow.
If you enjoy revenue work that is varied, stakeholder heavy, and genuinely impactful, this is a strong opportunity to build your career in a top tier environment.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences and characteristics.
If you require any adjustments or additional support at any stage of the recruitment process, please let us know.
