Are you a qualified Finance Business Partner looking for an exciting new opportunity with a leading international law firm? A well-established firm is seeking a talented individual to join their Finance department in a newly created role supporting international offices and key UK departments. This is a genuine opportunity to make your mark in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

The Role
The Finance Business Partner will act as a trusted finance contact for the firm's international offices and a selection of larger UK departments, with key responsibilities including:
Serving as the primary finance point of contact for international offices, including across the Middle East and Asia, providing narrative and insight alongside management accounts. Working closely with international and UK department heads to develop forecasts, budgets and long-term plans, and explaining variances, risks and opportunities clearly to senior stakeholders. Analysing utilisation and identifying areas for improvement in financial metrics. Supporting RCF covenant reporting, cash flow forecasting and variance analysis. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the wider Finance team.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with solid experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering. Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to take initiative in developing processes and the role. Excellent analytical and modelling capability, with strong Excel skills. Experience in professional services or a legal sector environment is desirable, as is exposure to international or multi-jurisdictional operations and cash flow forecasting.
