In this role, you’ll go beyond the basics, using your communication skills, persistence and insight to reduce aged debt in a collaborative and people first environment.
You’ll work closely with Partners and core clients, navigating busy schedules and varied communication styles with tact and professionalism.
Success here comes from being thorough and proactive, reading between the lines of file notes, reaching out at the right time and asking the right questions to resolve even the trickiest balances.
You'll be joining two experienced credit control specialists as part of a wider finance team of around 10 people. The team values high performance but also places a real emphasis on support, connection and enjoying the wins together.

Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing aged WIP and debt to support healthy cashflow
- Meeting with Partners to review balances and discuss next steps
- Contacting clients for payment and maintaining accurate credit system records
- Preparing statements and initiating appropriate debt recovery action
- Reviewing client account funds
- Supporting process improvements and covering team absences as needed
