What you’ll do here:
  • You’ll influence strategic decision making, guide pricing strategy and help deliver improved financial performance firmwide.
  • You’ll take ownership of financial planning, commercial analysis, and board-level reporting - all critical to shaping how the firm grows.
  • You’ll present financial performance and commercial insights to the board, shaping decisions that affect the whole business. You’ll also lead the pricing tool rollout, making sure it’s embedded and used effectively across teams.
  • Management and development of a Commercial Finance Analyst.
What you’ll need
  • Experience in commercial finance and pricing within a law firm or other professional services organisation
  • Strong people skills, so you can manage and develop junior staff
  • Confidence presenting financial analysis to senior stakeholders
Location/Salary

Based in Central London, with a hybrid work pattern requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Guide salary range: £90-120k depending on experience + comprehensive benefits.
