Hi, I'm Marie, Executive Assistant at Balance.
Having worked as a PA across several industries, I moved into recruitment in 2006, which is where I first met Kath. When she established Balance in 2008, I joined her and spent 10 wonderful years with the business. After taking a break, I'm delighted to be back!
My role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting Kath and the wider team with everything from operations and administration to marketing, events and finance. No two days are quite the same, which is just how I like it!
Outside of work, I enjoy reformer Pilates, travelling with my family and a bit of wining and dining with friends!
