Junior Recruitment Consultant
Hi, I'm Jake, Junior Recruitment Consultant at Balance.
I specialise in Legal Accounting & Finance, helping connect talented professionals with exciting opportunities across the legal sector.
I'm naturally curious and love getting to know people, understanding what motivates them and what they're really looking for in their next career move. Alongside my role at Balance, I'm studying for an MSc in Psychology, so understanding what makes people tick is something I'm particularly passionate about!
I was introduced to Balance by Kath and knew from my first conversations with the team that it was somewhere I'd enjoy working.
Outside of work, I'm a keen sportsman, playing rugby, cricket and golf - although I'm still waiting for that elusive perfect round!
