Meet the Team

Hi, I'm George, Junior Recruitment Consultant at Balance.

I specialise in Legal Accounting & Finance, supporting the team in identifying talented professionals for leading law firms across London and the UK.

Having previously worked in internal recruitment within a law firm, I bring an understanding of the legal sector to my role. I enjoy building relationships, getting to know candidates and helping them find the right opportunities. I've been told I could "talk for England", so recruitment is a pretty natural fit!

I was introduced to Balance by Becky and was immediately drawn to the friendly, close-knit team.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me on the golf course, playing darts or poker, or relaxing with my family and dogs watching a good crime film.
