Tony Vickers at Balance was recommended to me as a well regarded niche finance recruiter.
As someone who has seen a lot of recruiters over the years, both as a job seeker and a hiring manager, I am often dubious about recruiters over selling and under delivering.
I was pleased with the way in which Tony approached this project in a very factual and straight forward manner. We sat down and set timeframes for each part of the process and I felt strongly that Tony listened to the requirements of the business and kept me in the loop on any information I would need.
I was using two other national recruitment businesses alongside Balance and in total saw thirty cvs from which I selected fifteen candidates to see for first round interviews.
