Credit Controller

Our client, a growing medium sized law firm with fantastic offices in the city, is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their busy Finance team. You will be in charge of controlling the firm’s debtor balances, in line with the firm’s credit control procedures, whilst producing monthly reports and collection statistics to analyse the progress. This is a very good opportunity for someone with a strong Legal Credit Control background who is looking to move into a role with more responsibility.

Duties include:

• Reviewing and controlling the firm’s debtor balances, in line with the firm credit control procedures
• Communicate with Partners and fee earners to minimise debtor balances at all times
• Effective telephone and written communication skills with clients to ensure the most successful result in payment of invoices
• Commentating on reports on all debtors over two months old and providing analysis on progress
• Meeting with Head of Finance and Managing Partner on a monthly basis to discuss collection of debtors

• Experienced Credit Controller from the Legal sector
