Why Balance Recruitment?

The first step in the process is to meet one of our consultants in person to discuss your career to date, your current circumstances and longer term plans in detail whether on a permanent, interim or temporary basis. We will then keep you regularly updated with opportunities that are likely to be of interest, and be there to assist and guide you through the interview process. We adopt similar methods to managing interim and temporary assignments to those of permanent roles, with the same thoroughness and ongoing communication.

Career Consulting

The “career ladder” is a great concept, but one that only has any relevance if you aspire to climb it. Having career goals of higher earnings and status are key if you want to succeed in the workplace. But for some, having these goals and achieving them are two different things.

By drawing on our experience and knowledge of the structure and the various roles within the accounts and finance departments of our clients, we can consult with you to ensure that your career does not stagnate and that you have the opportunity to make the right moves at the right time.

Our consultants recognise the importance of listening to your longer term aspirations to help you make the right short term decisions. We’re interested to discuss your situation whether you are looking to move immediately, or just interested in keeping an eye on the market so you don’t miss out on opportunities further down the line.

Confidentiality

We understand that confidentiality can be crucial when assisting you in your search for work. Our consultants will handle your search with discretion, and will not send your CV to clients without your prior approval. Should you wish to be proactively introduced to certain businesses, we will consult with you to decide which businesses will be the most appropriate and then contact the relevant decision maker within each organisation to discuss your interest.
