Kath has 20 years accounting experience, starting with a Chartered background before moving in to commerce where she gained an extensive array of skills and knowledge. Kath has headed the finance function of varying sized recruitment consultancies and therefore understands the key factors in developing and growing a successful recruitment business. She is ultimately responsible for all the non-sales functions of Balance Recruitment.
